A large part of our business is in the commercial real estate sector.   Apartments, HOA Communities, condominium complexes, hotels and other rental properties all have the potential of aged and uprooted hardscapes that become trip hazards and unsightly appearances.  Outdated ADA pathways, ramps, and parking stalls are also critical issues.  Maintenance on these properties is crucial to maintain safety and security from a legal standpoint.  We focus on the importance of keeping construction tidy and contained, in order to interfere as little as possible with tenants and community members during construction.
